From the beginning of 2024, ENT will have a sub-area of waste charges, to strengthen work and capacities in this area.
The design and support for the implementation of waste charges has been for years an issue where ENT has accumulated a lot of experience, with participation in numerous projects and the contribution to a large number of specialized publications.
With the importance that this issue has acquired in Law 7/2022 on waste and contaminated soils for a circular economy, from ENT it has been considered that having a specific sub-area on this matter will allow to provide a better service to the numerous local authorities who we work with.
The sub-area is directed by Maria Calaf Forn, expert in household and commercial waste charges, and specifically in pay-as-you-throw systems.
