Understanding illegal plastic waste shipments in the EU – Focus on Spain

The aim of this project is to understand the factors enabling the misdeclaration of plastic waste exported from EU Member States, with particular interest for intra-EU flows. As well as some general considerations, the report focuses on the case of Spain.
