This report was commissioned by the Directorate General of the Environment and Housing Department of the Government of Catalonia to support the drafting process of the Bill for the conservation of biodiversity and natural heritage of Catalonia. The study involved the analysis of the various instruments at nacional, regional and local levels that could potentially be used to encourage conservation.
