This project was commissioned by the Waste Agency of Catalonia (ARC) and consisted of updating the “Guide on implementation and management of recycling centres”. This is the main reference handbook for managers of recycling centres in Catalonia, with a very practical content. The original version was published in 1999, and the project was a review and updating to the new situation of 2006.
