In this report different measures to promote land stewardship statewide were studied. The chapters on taxation carried out a detailed description of the taxation applicable both to entities of land stewardship as to homeowners with signed custody agreements . Moreover, the study carried out proposals to encourage custody applying modifications to the main state taxes and also using other economic instruments such as subsidies, payment for environmental services, etc. Finally, the study carried out a description of incentives to land stewardship existing in other countries such as England, France, the US and several Latin American countries.
