LIFE Biorgest is a project led by Consorci Forestal de Catalunya, and it involves the participation of Xarxa de la Conservation de la Natura (XCN) and CREAF, among other partners. The project aims to improve biodiversity of Mediterranean forests by integrating innovative practices of forest management and planning. A methodological proposal for action D5: Socioeconomic evaluation of project LIFE BIORGEST has been prepared and an analysis of taxes for conservation of biodiversity in sustainable forest management.
