In 2008 ENT advised the Municipality of Sitges in the creation and consolidation of a stable second hand market and sharing of products. The project aimed to organize the first 4 markets, and it also launched a website for the exchange and sharing of products. The project also included advice to regulate the markets (through municipal ordinances) and the evaluation of the four editions of the markets.
The markets were highly successful and once the project finalized the Council decided to continue celebrating them regularly (quarterly).
