Spain: New tax on greenhouse fluorinated gases

In October 2013 the Spanish Parliament passed a law on environmental taxation, which introduced a new tax on emissions of fluorinated gases. The article describes this tax, the situation of environmental taxation in Spain and opportunities for improvement in this field.
