Since 2005 we have carried out various projects related to the collection and management of waste from electric and electronic equipment.
Our experience started with the design of a system of collection and management of waste from small electric and electronic equipment in Spain for the Spanish Association of Manufacturers of Small Electronic Appliances (Asociación Española de Fabricantes de Pequeños Electrodomésticos). The initiative was set up to fulfil the provisions established in Directive 2002/96 / CE of the European Parliament and Council of 27 of January of 2003, about waste from electrical and electronic equipment. Later, we carried out various tasks for the Fundación Ecolec to establish cost scenarios for the management of the collection and treatment of various subgroups of electrical equipment.
Finally, in the same line of work we helped the Asociación Solidança to start a project of collection and reuse of electronic appliances.
