On the 5th October, the final conference “Capacity building for environmental tax reform”, as part of the project “Capacity building, programmatic development and communication in the field of environmental taxation and budgetary reform” took place in Brussels. This project was commissioned by the European Commission – DG Environment to a consortium led by the Institute on European Environmental Policies (IEEP), in which ENT participated. Ignasi Puig presented a case study prepared by ENT on the Tax on fluorinated greenhouse gases in Spain.
