On Friday, 13 November, Diana Reinoso (Fundació ENT) will take part in the event “Building Bioeconomy Corridors for Bio-Based Agrifood Packaging”, to be held at Parc Agrobiotech in Lleida as part of the launch conference of the European project AgriBioPack.

Diana Reinoso will present the ReWoW – “Revolutionizing the Waste of Waste: A new bioeconomy-based business for digestate” project at the European Bioeconomy Solutions Marketplace, a space designed to showcase European projects, technologies, materials and innovative solutions related to the circular bioeconomy, while fostering exchange and collaboration opportunities among participating organisations.

The ReWoW project, in which Fundació ENT is a consortium partner, explores a new pathway for the valorisation of digestate from anaerobic digestion, transforming it into a raw material for the development of new bio-based products. Fundació ENT leads the work package focused on value chain development and social and policy aspects, with particular attention to social acceptance, market integration, regulatory barriers and governance mechanisms.

The event will bring together European research and innovation projects, research centres, industry associations, clusters and regional initiatives working on new materials, biopolymers and circular solutions, with the aim of strengthening connections between research, industry and territories.
