As a result of the events occurred during the last days in the context of the announcement of the Catalan referendum of the 1st of October, ENT Foundation wants to express its support to the right to self-determination of the Catalan people and the legitimacy of the its institutions. Moreover, it condemns the violation of fundamental rights that have occurred against people, associations, media, elected members and Catalan institutions, namely: the right to freedom of expression, information, reunion and the confidentiality of the communications.
The ENT Foundation joins the peaceful defense of these rights.
