This report was commissioned by the Catalan Waste Agency (ARC) and carried out by a consortium led by ENT Environment and Management and integrated by Eunomia Research & Consulting Ltd. and the Jiménez de Parga Law firm. The main objective of the study is to evaluate the technical, environmental and economic viability of the implementation of a DRS for single use beverage containers in Catalonia.
