This project, led by Eunomia and the Environment Agency of Austria, has two different parts. The first one consists of providing support in examining the feasibility of setting further EU measures on waste prevention, including the setting of targets on waste reduction, in order to significantly reduce waste generation. The second part provides support in assessing the implementation of Directive (EU) 2015/720 as regards reducing the consumption of lightweight plastic carrier bags.
