The LIFE BIOBEST project and Fundació ENT participated in the final conference of the FER-PLAY project, titled “The potential of circular fertilisers untapped”. The event, held in Brussels on February 18-19, brought together more than 100 experts and professionals to discuss the future of circular fertilisers in Europe.

During the conference, Gemma Nohales (ENT) took part in a roundtable focused on co-creating policy recommendations to support the uptake of circular fertilisers in the market. At the same time, Mike Stinavage (ENT) managed networking activities at the expo-corner for EU projects, fostering the exchange of ideas and experiences among attendees.

The conference served as a key platform to discuss best practices and policy strategies for managing organic flows and producing circular biofertilisers and soil improvers.

The FER-PLAY project involves several key partners, including Consorzio Italiano Compostatori (CIC) and ACR+ (Association of Cities and Regions for Sustainable Resource Management), reinforcing Europe’s commitment to sustainability and the circular economy.
