The LIFE BIOBEST project will organize, in collaboration with the Portuguese organization ZERO, two conferences in Portugal, on October 22 in San João da Madeira and on October 24 in Silves. The conferences aim to show bio-waste management good practices at the national and regional level, following the guidelines of the LIFE BIOBEST project, and present the four project technical guides that were recently published (separate collection, governance and economic instruments, treatment and quality of compost and digestate, and communication strategies). In the afternoon, there will be a networking session and working groups to evaluate different bio-waste management scenarios.
