Ignasi Puig (ENT) will be one of the sepakers of the next WasteInProgress, the International forum for municipal waste management. It will take place in Girona from 18 to 20 of april. Several international success stories and new tools for municipal waste management will be presented.
On wednesday 19th (12.30 h.) Ignasi Puig (ENT) will present “The new framework for waste taxes and local financing”. Ignasi will explain the key concepts in relation of waste taxes and local financing in the new state legal framework.
Wasteinprogress 2023 edition will be about the implementation of new waste-collection systems based on user ID. The focus will be the challenges municipalities face in the short term when implementing these new collection systems, which put the waste generator at the centre.
