Santiago Gorostiza holds a BA in History and a BSc in Environmental Sciences. He is currently a PhD student at Centro de Estudos Sociais (CES) of Universidade de Coimbra, Portugal. His range of interests includes the socio-environmental impacts of the Spanish Civil War and the francoist dictatorship in Spain, especially during the autarkic period (1939-1959). Santiago is a fellow of the European Network of Political Ecology (ENTITLE).
Dr. Gabriel Weber works as Associate Professor in the Department of International Affairs at ESSCA, School of Management (Angers).. He was a Marie Curie Post Doc Fellow at ENT environment & management in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Spain in the field of Political Ecology. He holds a PhD in Environmental Management and Accounting from TU Dresden in Germany. His research focuses on mitigation and adaptation to climate change, environmental policy instruments, and waste management, within the fields of ecological economics and political ecology.
